Who he is,

Myles Honan is an aspiring candidate of the 2044 United States Presidential Election, not with the hopes of winning, but with the hopes of making an ever lasting impact on the nation. The years that are left of this campaign hope to impact the youth and show they must be heard by the people who run the nation.

the youth of America, the younger people who are unheard, and
who deserve for their voices to listened to by those running the nation.

Why he cares,

The youth is his mission, because he is one too.

We many see a flaw they do not see, we may know a way to solve a problem.
